5. give directions for Food diary. Keep this a 2 day diary. Yes you will do this in High School and that will give you a great chance to see if you have improved your diet.

6. Introduce new food pyramid, copy off of OH or out of book for a reference page.
-label each area and put 3 examples in each area. (TURN IT IN TODAY)
