Protein Snack Bars:
Ingredients:  Protein Powder, Honey, Oats, Peanut butter, Milk.  Extras:  Chocolate chips, Nutella.
Equipment:  Measuring cups, Measuring spoon, mixing spoon, deep pot, wax paper, pizza cutter, 9x13 baking pan.

1. Mix 1 cup of peanut butter, 1 TSBP honey, and 1/2 cup of milk over low heat. 
2. Add 2 cups of oats.
3. Add 1 cup of protein powder.
4. Add one or more of the extras. (Choc. chips, nutella)
5. When all mixed, remove from heat.
6. Pour into 9x13 inch baking pan lined with wax paper. 
7. Press out into the pan about 1/2 inch thick.
8. Dump out onto more wax paper.
9. Cut with pizza cutter into squares and eat.
