Oven Fries:

1 potato per student
1 TBSP of olive oil
Seasonings;   cumin, salt, chili powder, grilling spice

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. 
Clean potatoes with cold water using a brush. 
Place the potatoes on a cutting board.  With a paring knife cut each one lengthwise in half.  Place flat side down and slice lengthwise about ¼ inch thick.
Spray cooking sheet with nonstick spray.
Put pieces in a mixing bowl and add 1 TBSP of olive oil.
Mix potatoes and oil making sure potatoes are coated.
Place pieces on a cooking sheet, do not stack.
Spice potatoes, flip and spice other side.
Place in oven, set timer for 10 minutes, then flip, set for another 10 minutes.
