-label each area and put 3 examples in each area. (TURN IT IN TODAY)

2. Suicide Warning Signs Film
A. Have students divide the back of their paper into 3 columns. Label the columns: Greg/Curtis/Carol under each name they are to list all warning signs they see demonstrated by the characters during the video.

3. Discuss Answers I usually ask "How many of you got 2 or more signs for Greg? 3 or more? 4 or more?" (Key is Attached to the lesson)

4. Have students read in Current Health magazine on Suicide. They can read in groups.

5. If you still end up with time remaining, students can answer questions off of the overhead on the back of their video answers. IF NO TIME REMAINING MAKE SURE STUDENTS HAND-IN VIDEO ANSWERS.

Today we are going to be discussing emotions because emotions have a very strong impact on our self esteem and your mental Health. (law of thought)
1. List ways to build SE.

2. List all emotions students came up with on OH. (Students do not need to copy all of list)

3. Which ones can be triggered by other People? Ans: All of them.
A. What other things can trigger emotions? illness, pets, exercise or lack of, foods, hormones.

4. Discuss how you know you are happy/sad

5. What is something that might cause extreme emotions? Ans: Death/Divorce
